Juicer

A bit of work today and then off to golf training with my coach. Amazing how bad your swing gets after two weeks and I could feel all those tightened cycling muscles restricting my swing more than ever. 3 rides this week really tightened up my back and legs.

Did some bench presses too last week which may have stengthened up my arms and chest a bit, did not add any distance or speed with my club head speed. Need to loosen up.

A lady in our neighbourhood is doing free power tae kwon do like exercises every morning in the park across the road. I’ve yet been unable to wake up in time!!!

Today y juicer arrived so after golf training I went to the supermarket and loaded up on carrots and other juicing fruits. Tested it out for dinner. Delicious. Went a bit heavy duty as I want to use it a lot.

Got rid of 2 grapefruits that had been sitting in the kitchen a long time…better juiced than munched on!

3 rides this week, over 500 balls tonight and the diet plan ready to start.

Weighed in this morning for the first time in a long time and although on holidays I haven’t had any Christmas dinners.

A massive 97kg. My heaviest ever! 107cm around the belly!!! Must be having twins!!!

Go-Pro last night in the night time streets didn’t pick up much. Too dark or the lights were too bright.

About 6 guys at training last night on the faster sprint course. I stuck with them a little to get back into the swing of things but they were too fast overall. Think I mentioned all that in yesterday’s blog….
