If I get all my work done by Wednesday morning and the weather is good, I plan on a long ride to Hakuba.  Will be a good test for my Garmin 705. First I need to buy a battery USB adaptor to make sure it won’t go flat when I’m lost in the mountains at midnight in the rain.  Definitely want to do it before snow starts falling.  The route can be seen in here.
