Tokyo Marathon Training #2

My hip is still a bit out of alignment from my fall a few weeks ago so took it easy. Went across the Noda bridge over to Saitama and did a lap around the golf course. My calf didn’t seize up like last time and was nice to see all the golfers and wild life. Probably less than 5km but a good warm up for the runs to come.
Hopefully I can do this run every day while I’m off till the 7th.
