Protein Creatine

One must make use of the strong yen and one thing that has been eating into my savings over the last year has been buying health supplements in Japan. I loved the Herbalife stuff, but whenever I do the calculations at any discount available I can’t afford it. Other protein makers in Japan are expensive too and it’s hard to get a bargain.

According to my post a few weeks ago with the weight loss chart. It’s easy to see that I lose weight when I’m going to the gym and taking protein daily.

I had to get some stock in and I ordered from At Large Nutrition again. I bought a weight loss kit from them about 2 years ago and was happy with the creatine and protein. The fat burning tablets were too strong and I still have a lot of them. Nitor and Thermocin. I also got some ETS, extreme training support tablets (vitamins) that I haven’t finished yet either. These products have been my Herbalife replacement and even after 2 years, I haven’t used them all. I’m still only half way through the Nitor and haven’t opened the other one. I was getting some symptoms of panic attacks after 3 days straight on this stuff. and had to stop. Potent stuff. I only use it when I have a really busy day and don’t have much on the next day. I honestly can’t sleep after using it. Like having 50 coffees.

Nitrean
For just over 2kgs the retail price is about half what it would cost in Japan and even with expensive postage it still works out very cheap. I ordered 2 of these large buckets. Chocolate and Vanilla.

Creatine

A bit of creatine thrown in after those extra hard work outs can only increase the goodness.

I also used to work in the pharmaceutical industry in Australia and the company I worked with were interested in selling in Japan. They sent me a ton of samples too which must be devoured before expiry dates click over. Their flax seed oil tablets are excellent.
